No. Only the most severe charges are listed. This ensures that players can fully appreciate the gravity and consequences of the crimes, enhancing the educational aspect of the game. Some game cards have bonus responses identified by their red font. Teams earn 15 points for their correct bonus response. Correct responses reflect the law in the majority of states.
As long as a response is substantially similar and has the same meaning, as deemed by the facilitator, it is a sufficient response. Inconsequential variations like saying “Delivery” of a Controlled Substance instead of “Distribution,” referring to a deadly weapon as a weapon, saying a federal facility instead of an airport, and using words out of sequence are acceptable responses. This flexibility in terminology is designed to make you feel comfortable and less pressured. While “Assault” and “Battery” are different crimes, some states group them. For this game, Assault and Battery are used interchangeably.
